*** Slow Cooker Pulled Pork

*** I want to try this recipe so much!


2kg boneless pork shoulder
1-1 1/2 tsp. paprika
2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 tsp. dried thyme
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. salt


1 Mix in bowl. Rub onto pork. Put into slow cooker. Add 1 cup of water. Cook on slow for 6-8 hours or high for 4-5 hours.


2 When done, shred pork by pulling apart with two forks. Add a bottle of smokey/hickory bbq sauce.
