Easy Chocolate Fudge

Ok, can't take merit for this recipe, I got it from a youtube channel that I love! 
I know Steve really likes fudge so I thought I would give it a crack!


1 2/3 cups sugar
2/3 cups Evaporated Milk
2 tbsp butter
2 cups EACH miniature marshmallows and chocolate chips
1 tsp vanilla



Place sugar, milk and butter in a saucepan and bring to a rolling boil. 
Stir continuously for 4 minutes and then remove from heat.
Add in marshmallows, chocolate and vanilla - stir until all melted and combined.


Now you can place in a lined baking dish and refrigerate, or, like I did, I poured about a tablespoon of the mixture into small paper chocolate cups (itty bitty cupcake papers). Takes a little more time, but I thought it looked cute and they are much more manageable in bite sized portions.


Make sure you store it in the fridge though, because it's a very soft fudge.
