Cob Loaf Dip

This was a big hit at work, so I thought I would post the recipe!
I'll be making it again that's for sure, and somehow, I don't think I will get a choice!

1 x 250 packet philly cream cheese - softened at room temperature
1 x 250 tub sour cream
3/4 cup bacon - diced finely
2 spring onions
3/4 cup grated cheese
2 tablespoons sweet chilli sauce
1 cob loaf

1. Pre heat oven to 180 degrees.
2. Cut top off cob loaf and pull out the bread inside.
3. Combine all ingredients and place in loaf.
4. Wrap in foil and place in oven for 30 minutes.
5. Remove foil and stir. Cook for further 20 minutes.
